Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States from our headquarters in Apex, North Carolina. Shipping within the continental US is free of charge.
When do you ship?
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours, but we can also schedule your shipment for a future date.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Certain products are eligible for rush delivery and will be delivered next-day if ordered before 10AM EST. Call us at 919 632 6053 or email us for information about products and services that qualify for next-day delivery.
Can I place recurring orders?
Yes. You have the ability to set up recurring deliveries on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis so you have a continuous supply of well plates. Please contact one of our customer support agents at 919 632 6053 if you need assistance setting up recurring orders.
How will my order arrive?
We are dedicated to making sure your order arrives safely and quickly. Each order is carefully packed to ensure the protection of your materials during transit. We use dry ice for preservation, bubble wrap for protection, and provide tracking numbers and insurance for security.
Do you have a minimum order?
No. There are no minimum orders on any of our products or services.
How can I place an order for custom services?
If you would like to place an order for any of our services or request a custom service please call our offices at 919 632 6053 or email us with the details of your project and we will be in touch. Custom services require an initial planning session before work can begin.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (including Hilton Honors), Discover, JCB, and purchase orders (paying directly into the Advanced Genetic Mapping bank account.)
